COACHING STAFF

Mike Roumph
Head Assistant Coach

Mike Roumph completed his 10th season in 2017-18 and currently runs a successful fundraising program for CSU-Pueblo Wresting. Roumph has coached one national champion and eight Division II All-Americans. He works with the upper weight class wrestlers on the Pack team.

The ThunderWolves totaled four RMAC Champions in 2018 and finished 11th at the NCAA National Championships, the highest finish since the return of the program in 2008. The Pack were crowned RMAC Champions in 2017 and crowned three All-Americans in 2016 with a 12th place finish at nationals.


Ray Hall
Assistant Coach

Ray Hall enters his fifth season in 2018-19 after concluding his collegiate career with the CSU-Pueblo wrestling team in 2014. He is a two-time NCAA Division II All-American at 165, earning the honor in 2013 and 2014.

Hall helped guide JaCobi Jones to All-American honors in three consecutive seasons (2015-17). The ThunderWolves totaled four RMAC Champions in 2018 and finished 11th at the NCAA National Championships, the highest finish since the return of the program in 2008. The ThunderWolves were crowned RMAC Champions in 2017 and recorded three All-Americans with a national championship finish of 12th in 2016.


Garrett Jones
Assistant Coach

Garrett Jones finished his second season with the Pack in 2017-18 where the ThunderWolves totaled four RMAC Champions and finished 11th at the NCAA National Championships, the highest finish since the return of the program in 2008.

In his first season, the Pack were crowned RMAC Champions and finished 22nd at the NCAA Division II National Championships.

He wrestled at Fort Hays State from 2012-15 after two All-American seasons at Labette Community College, where he helped the team to a national championship. He was also a Kansas state champion.


Trey Page
Assistant Coach

Trey Page completed his second season with the Pack in 2017-18 where the ThunderWolves totaled four RMAC Champions and finished 11th at the NCAA National Championships, the highest finish since the return of the program in 2008.

In his first season, the Pack were crowned RMAC Champions and finished 22nd at the NCAA Division II National Championships.

Following his collegiate career, Page coached for a season at Fort Hays State after earning All-American honors with FHSU. A four-time academic All-American, Page was an junior college and high school All-American, as well as a state champion.


JaCobi Jones
Assistant Coach

JaCobi Jones is in his first season as a member of the coaching staff for the Pack after a successful collegiate career with the ThunderWolves.

A three-time All-American, Jones was 6th at 165 as a freshman, 8th at 157 as a sophomore and 8th as a junior at 165. He ranked No. 1 during his senior season at 165. Jones became just the second member of the CSU-Pueblo wrestling program (Chuck Pipher) and fourth in the history of the conference to earn Jones four RMAC Championships in a career. He was the RMAC Freshman of the Year in 2015 and gathered RMAC Championship titles in 2016, 2017 and 2018.
